§ 9.07. DISTURBING THE PEACE . (Cr. #560)

    No person shall keep or harbor any dog, which by frequent or habitual howling, yelping, barking, or making of other noises, may tend to disturb a person of ordinary sensibility living in the area.

    (2)

    No person shall make or cause to be made any loud, disturbing, or unnecessary sound or noise as may tend to disturb a person of ordinary sensibility.
