§ 5.03. APPLICABILITY .

This chapter shall apply to all personnel of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office both sworn and non-sworn. However, requirements defined in Ch. 59, Wis. Stats., shall be applicable to only those employees within the Sworn Unit of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office. Employees serving in non-sworn positions will be regulated by Dodge County personnel policies.
