§ 7.11. HUSBANDRY LAW ADOPTED . (Cr. #929, sunset 1/1/2020)

Pursuant to § 348.15(9)(f)2.a., Wis. Stats., the County does hereby require compliance with axle weight limitations established under § 348.15(3)(g), Wis. Stats., for Category B implements of husbandry defined in § 340.01(24)(a)1.b., Wis. Stats., on any highways under the jurisdiction of Dodge County as follows:

All implements of husbandry including Category B implements defined in § 340.01(24)(a)1.b., Wis. Stats., operating on highways under the jurisdiction of Dodge County may not exceed the weight limit imposed by § 348.15(3)(g), Wis. Stats.

(2)

A no-fee permit may be applied for from the Dodge County Highway Department to exceed the length and/or weight limitations on highways under Dodge County jurisdiction. Upon application, Dodge County shall provide an approved alternate route including non-county highways as long as the non-county highways used as alternate routes have been approved by the governing body of the jurisdiction of the alternate routes.
