§ 6.20. VIOLATION—PENALTIES.

(1)

In addition to any other individual or agency authorized by law to issue a citation, the Emergency Management Director is hereby authorized to issue citations for violations of this Section.

(2)

Except as otherwise provided, any person, association, corporation, or entity found to be in violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 30.04 of this Code of Ordinances.
