§ 3.05. CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECKS . (Am. #814; #844)

A $30.00 handling charge shall be assessed and collected against the maker of any check returned to the County by the bank of deposit for any reason, including insufficient funds. Such charge shall be assessed and collected in addition to any charges assessed by the bank of deposit against the County for handling such returned check.
