§ 19.06. FEES AND CHARGES .

(1)

The Committee shall have the authority to require permits and/or establish fees as are deemed necessary for the use of any facility, equipment, shelter, or land area, or for the reservation of such areas. Fees shall be in accordance with the Dodge County Fee Schedule as adopted or amended by the Committee. (Am. #933)

(2)

It shall be unlawful to use such areas without obtaining the required permit or authorization and payment of such fee or charge in advance.
