ORDINANCE NO. 436

AN ORDINANCE TO CODIFY THE GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DODGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:  The County Board of Supervisors having authorized the preparation of the Code of the General Ordinances of Dodge County, Wisconsin, described as "The Code of Ordinances," a copy of which Code has been on file in the Office of the County Clerk for public inspection for more than two (2) weeks, and has been published in book form under the authority of the County Board of Supervisors, said original Code of Ordinances on file in the Office of the County Clerk, is hereby adopted as the General Ordinances of Dodge County.

SECTION 2:  The copy of The Code of Ordinances shall remain on file permanently in the Office of the County Clerk.

SECTION 3:  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon adoption and publication as provided by law.
